	The Master-Thief The full text of the original story can be found Here. Some things to keep in mind: ⬢ The setting is Ambiguous, and subject to the whims of whoever is threading. The story implies a medieval slant, if players wish for some direction in that regard. As such, certain details are subject to be flexible. A castle could become a mansion instead, and a horse could be a fancy car, or motorcycle. ⬢ The only Role with powers is the Thief. Thieves may use any of their canon powers and abilities to achieve their goals, but will not be given any new or additional powers if they already lack them. ⬢ The Tricked role is Open. After some feedback about "ensemble" roles, we're experimenting with the idea of having them be open to anyone who wishes to make use of them, instead of assigning them outright, for more flexibility in play. ⬢ Desired CR: Anything. Everything. But people who press his buttons and/or bond with him are excellent options. Outside the event, he and Lucifer will be cultivating coffee trees, so others who are interested in coffee or gardening endeavors would be swell.
⬢ Role: Lord. Please, make a fool of him. It's baby-tier but his indignant squawking is worth it.
⬢ Other: He's fought a sharknado. It's canon.

Deuce Spade

⬢ Canon: Twisted Wonderland
⬢ Info: HERE
⬢ About: First-year student in a private school for magic, Deuce is an ex-delinquent aiming to turn honor student. Easily tricked. Painfully honest. Forgets his magic and throws fists, but he'll make mom proud.
⬢ Desired CR: That aforementioned everything, as ever. Also people who can use a thug with a surprising degree of empathy. Fellow magic-users. Beyond the event, someone who might perhaps tutor a guy in math...or spells...save him from trying (and failing) to teach himself.
⬢ Role: Thief. He couldn't lie his way out of a wet paper bag, this is going to be a trip.
⬢ Other: He takes great pride in conjuring overlarge cauldrons...and dropping them on opponents.

RL sure is eating me alive, sorry this is super late... If you're still game though, I do have an idea of how Deuce will fail at being at all sneaky. Which frankly is a given, but it needed to be a special sort of failure so Claude sees exactly the mess he'd be dealing with.

Discussing their school lives afterward would be fun times too. They both have their share of adventures, that's for sure.

He wanted to go on living as his bad demon self and expected his human self would be too weak and would literally just die. V says "I don't want to die" and decides to try to fight back and show that dick who really needs whom around here.

V is ~88 days old and has now meandered through a few of these stories. He's pretty chill about just hanging out in the library.

* Here's some ideas, I'm open to anything though:
* Another thief for thief on thief romance subplot. Thief rivals with UST.
* V comes baked in with a modern-esque setting, but happy to play around with other settings. Might even be interesting if two different settings were bleeding into each other...
* A Lord to play up the god father angle, because boy does V/ergil have some issues with wanting his daddy's approval/surpassing his legacy.
* Of course innocents to trick.
* I definitely will be making good use of his summons to perform the tricks.

While loving to fight and being super loyal, he's the woooorst yakuza you have ever seen. What he actually wants is to be a community protector and Hero. He loves Dragon Quest and other JRPG, and imagines enemies as fantastical to make fighting more fun for himself.

* Here's some ideas, I'm open to anything though:
* Your setting with Ichiban will definitely be a JRPG. He'll give you a cool family heirloom that will help you on your adventure when you complete his prologue quest.
* ...He could also reasonably do NINJA FANTASY. Show your feudal lord what a good ninja you are and he'll promote you in his ranks.
* It would also be fun to follow up on other people's settings as they apply to the character.
* Let Ichi teach you a heartwarming lesson about how every crime family needs people with different skills. This is super important to him and it would be good to follow up on the topic post-story.
* Ichi is here to love you so hard it hurts thief!

⬢ About: a gundam pilot. he's nice and polite and charming enough, but for the most part keeps people at a distance. vidar is interested about people, and likes to talk, provided it's not about himself.

- for farmhouse scenarios, vidar is the prodigal son type in his canon. should he be recognized he will not be returning to the family unit; he's run away from that kind of relationship when he took up the name 'vidar'. up to playing conflicts or emotional reunions or what have you.
- church: vidar doesn't do things for himself unless he can get away with it; we can hash out a scenario where someone has to be kidnapped for Reasons. or if you want vidar to kidnap you a la ... vegas wedding or whatever
- bad mentor vidar is not the nicest person, if a fellow thief wants encouragement to steal things, here he is
- kawaii thief times just chilling and sharing loot.
- all up for anything else, just hmu.

Honestly down for anything but I'll toss out some ideas,

→ The type of lord that won't judge the Thief for, well, being a thief. He also may or may not vibe with other Lords.
→ Will laugh if you steal from the church because heck the church.
→ If any other lords want to vaguely talk about their problematic unspecified relatives… I'm here for you.
→ He believes in rewarding people for good merit. Impress him and he'll probably give you something. I'm open to what this can be! It can be something material like money or a treasure or it can be something intangible like acceptance or love.
→ For the Stables, Claude has an affinity for horsemanship and will probably talk your ear off about horses and invite you to ride with him or something.
→ For the bedchamber, we could feasibly have Claude try to attack the Thief for sneaking up on him or something… But once he realizes who it is, he'll stop because he's not a violent person. It was self defense, really.
→ Family is something that is really complicated and important to Claude. Being the Lord and being in the position of power in this scenario could potentially leave him feeling weird after all of this is over. If you're interested in playing out some family issues, we can hash this out over plurk/disco/pm to avoid talking about spoilers here.
→ Down to hang out after the event, too.

⬢ Role: Lord. He's actually a young lord in canon and like… very close to becoming the Duke he's meant to be so he'll fit into the role naturally tbh.
