⬢ Timezone & Availability: I'm in GMT +8 and I'm usually online at night from 8-10pm. I have really weird tagging times but I try to get back to stuff at least once a day.
⬢ Interests: Genshin Impact (ugly laughter). My life has been taken over by this mobage and also by work so I'm not very interesting, but I'm always curious about other canons and sort of get a passing knowledge of them that way.

Zhongli

⬢ Canon: Genshin Impact
⬢ Info: Thisaway! He's a very spoilery character so I have an opt-out for spoiler needs or in general.
⬢ About: Zhongli is a tall man who speaks like he's 100 years old and can tell you the entire history of his homeland if you merely ask. He's quite ordinary except for the fact that he always has no money on him - luckily this isn't a problem in the Library since he can't buy anything (thank god).

As for the spoiler version (highlight to read): He also happens to be the God of Earth Morax, only that he keeps his divine nature sealed so that people wouldn't suspect him of being more than a human. He's very old and is probably the oldest playable character in Genshin, possesses the breadth of historical knowledge and weariness to match, and really just wants to take a break. Of course, if something needs fixing he'll fix it, which is why he rarely has time to rest.

⬢ Desired CR: Anything and everything (boring answer, I know). He gets along well with 1. fellow old people 2. kids he can guide and 3. other supernatural entities. He's also quite a justice minded person so it's not hard to get negative CR if that's your jam.

⬢ Library Plans: I enjoy cross-canon discussions and characters comparing/learning more about each other's worlds. Also learning more about the Library if mods decide to give us more lore about it.

⬢ Other: I'm really sad all his funny memes are spoilers... have a broke meme instead

I'm aki, and I've also been kinda taken over by Genshin Impact, and I have to say that my personal favorite Zhongli meme is the "is this mora" crystalfly one.

Anyway, I'm looking for CR for this one here, and Aerith is very much also the type to want to learn more about different worlds. She's not a supernatural entity, but she does have Special Powers that make her different to others, so there could be room for discussion there!

⬢ About: Sandalphon is a Primarch, or in more easily recognized terms, a higher class of archangel in a fantasy world. He's socially awkward, coming off as grumpy if not obstinate, and doesn't understand human culture very well... But he's learning. Chances are, he'll mention his predecessor Lucifer or coffee. Often. Not even kidding, he lives in the library's cafe now.
⬢ Desired CR: That general answer of give me everything is right on the money. But I'd also like to have people who are likewise outsiders to human society, people who don't mind explaining these oddities to him, people who will push his buttons, and fellow coffee enthusiasts. Also keen on characters comparing worlds/powers/etc.
⬢ Library Plans: He's not great at people, so I'd like for him to learn and grow. Give him challenges and all that, and build on his canon efforts to support others.

⬢ About: A former delinquent striving to turn his life around, Deuce is a student at a college specializing in magic. Naive but determined, Deuce tends to act with his heart more than his head...and frequently talks with his fists. Old habits die hard, but he has a good heart and an earnest desire to make his mom proud.
⬢ Desired CR: I welcome everything! But to name some specifics, I'd welcome people who can give him guidance, or could use someone protective in their lives. He'd love if anyone would tutor him, because his old life left him behind in academics. Other (ex)-delinquents would be swell too!
⬢ Library Plans: Nothing specific yet, just having him get to know people. Deuce is actually pretty new to the whole friends thing, even.
⬢ Other: He conjures cauldrons to drop on opponents and he's proud of this.

⬢ About: Shang Qinghua is a transmigrator. In his first life in the Real World he was a garbage millennial who wrote thousands of chapters of a shitty porn-filled harem webnovel called Proud Immortal Demon Way. After he spilled cup noodles on his laptop and electrocuted himself to death, he transmigrated into the body of a minor villain and has largely had a bad time of it. He is a shameless coward with an unfortunate personality. But he could be worse.

Shang Qinghua is the name of the character whose role we assumed; sadly we don't actually know his original real name, but his online handle is Airplane Shooting Towards the Sky and he will, in theory, answer to "Airplane". It's a masturbation joke in Chinese, sorry he's just like this
⬢ Desired CR: PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING. shang qinghua is a HUGE LOSER and will probably garner plenty of negative CR (as he should) but i'd also love for him to make some friends! he's great at betraying his friends, but sometimes he cares about them enough to feel bad about fucking them over! that would be swell tbh

You know his character type. The friendly but casual leader that doesn't appear to take his duties seriously but actually does. The guy that smiles and laughs but has s e c r e t s. He goes to JRPG fantasy Catholic military school, is the heir to the leading house of his nation, and is about to go to war. He acts like a popular jock type character but he's actually a bit of an outsider and a big ol' nerd that spends a lot of time in the library in canon. He's shifty and is a known schemer but is genuinely a kind and good person because he's a protag at heart.

He's coming from a totally different route from the rest of the cast on top of being a completely different canon point. He'll be open about some of these differences but not so much with others.

⬢ Desired CR: I'm honestly down for anything. Claude's a social character and gets along with most people easily if given the chance. Off the top of my head though,

- People who will just accept he's sus and be his friends
- Currently accepting applicants to join the New Golden Deer House aka found family/camaraderie is always great

⬢ About: You might not know it to look at her, but Ochako is a hero in training! Though she's only in her first year, she's learned a lot about hero work and what it means to her. Ask her about it and she will gladly tell you everything; she has no secrets, even if she finds some things a little embarrassing to talk about.

She's a sweet, bubbly girl who gets along with almost everyone. And for those rare few she doesn't get along with, she just doesn't tolerate attitude. She WILL tell you off or call you out if you've earned it, and she WILL throw down at a moment's notice. But overall, she's pretty go-with-the-flow to the point of it being a fault of hers, so even if she has some pretty exaggerated reactions to certain things, it's hard to really get under her skin.

⬢ Desired CR: At this point, I'm open to anything! She'll be getting settled here but her personality can be a lot for some people, so...

His other day job is ADVENTURER!! which he is not very good at, but at least he's not dead, which is something. He's bratty and complains a lot but he's easy to take down a peg because he is super insecure and would like friends please. Good with kids. Friend to all animals incl. monster ones, stupidly. He's a good kid, just small n whiny.

⬢ Desired CR: Friendship... please... Maybe something foolish like Rivals because he's too insecure to handle True Negative CR (and also he'll just start punching) but Rivals sounds cool and important. He could use a cool mentor or two?? Anybody who wants to talk about explosives, come on down... Also VERY important to know is that because he's from so long after the apocalypse, he doesn't understand "old world" technology, like microwaves. Record players. He thinks Jurassic Park is a documentary and that all really happened. I would like to exploit this as long as possible thank you. ⬢ Interests: I am in Yakuza hell right now. Much like DMC, Yakuza series has an external facade of being a very serious fighting game, but both actually are goofy as hell. Yakuza 7 in particular is really goofy.

ICHIBAN KASUGA victorytune (new)

⬢ About: Ichi is a big, loud, dumbass. He was raised in a redlight district by a soapland owner, and eventually joined the local yakuza. While loving to fight and being super loyal, he's the woooorst yakuza you have ever seen. What he actually wants is to be a community protector and Hero. He loves Dragon Quest and other JRPG, and imagines enemies as fantastical to make fighting more fun for himself. A lot of the functionality of Yakuza 7 (the classes, the 'magic' stat, the weird enemies) are actually all just in Ichi's imagination. While Yakuza 7 ends up taking place in 2019, Ichi has been in jail for the past 18 years. So please treat him like a grandpa.
⬢ Desired CR:

* Have you been mistreated by society? Ichiban is here to be your friend.
* Need someone to boost your confidence? I swear to god Ichi has an AoE for that.
* Do you find the relentlessly optimistic annoying? Please be annoyed by Ichi, he can't be stopped.
* Are you a career criminal? Come talk to Ichiban about the complexities of criminal life.
* Are you actually evil and in need of a hero to oppose you? That's his gig.
* Do you like to fight for fun?! Let's fight for fun!!

tl;dr Ichiban will be friends with literally anyone so long as you aren't evil, cruel, greedy, etc. Even if you are, he'll probably try to win you over anyway.

⬢ Library Plans: Ichi is way too restless to just chill out in a library. He will definitely be the person playing pranks and making mayhem to the most of his ability. He'll also be very interested in doing his best to make sure everyone else is as happy as they can be considering the situation, and watching out for any trouble makers (who aren't him).
⬢ Other: His hair is like that from a perm gone wrong and now that's just how it is... it is either a shrub or a lion's mane depending on how generous you're feeling

⬢ Canon: Devil May Cry 5
⬢ Info: App
⬢ About: Was once a half-demon named Vergil. Vergil cut himself into human and demon halves with a magic sword. He wanted to go on living as his bad demon self and expected his human self would be too weak and would literally just die. V says "I don't want to die" and decides to try to fight back and show that dick who really needs who around here.

V is 47 78(!) days old and has no experiences of his own outside of the above story. Which I am interrupting with his canon point, so he doesn't even know if he successfully saved the world from himself.

⬢ Desired CR:

* Characters who can tolerate a sarcastic, goth, snob.
* Characters who want to discuss the mechanisms of character growth.
* Also characters who don't want to discuss that at all costs.
* Other mysterious, cryptic, dickheads.
* Other poetry enthusiasts (/quiet academic types).
* Characters who like to spar and fight for fun.
* Nice characters who can vouch for the nice path in life.
* Not nice characters who can vouch for the morally grey path in life.
* Actually evil characters who he can weirdly bond with because he too has been an antag.

tl;dr He'll talk to anyone, I have yet to see him actually have a fully negative relationship with anyone. It just doesn't really behoove him to make enemies, so he's pretty open to whoever.

⬢ Library Plans: Playing different characters in different stories and experiencing things he was never going to experience anyway because prior to the Library he was either going to either be Vergil again or crumble away into nothingness. He wants to think about those experiences. Learn from them, maybe even change a little.
⬢ Other: V has 3 familiars: a bird, a panther, and a golem. The bird can talk, just not to anyone other than V in this game. Which is very funny if you know Griffon's personality.

oh my goodness i would love for shang qinghua & ichiban to have CR. i am very new to the yakuza series (only played some of 0 but i love it!!!) but i super dig the vibe and i think there is some hilarious potential here. calling shang qinghua a gangster at any point in his career would be extremely generous but being a lackey for the demons is a lot like being in a gang you're not allowed to leave. he is definitely.......a criminal and an all around unfortunate person. he is also a massive nerd, i feel like he and ichiban could have some big chaotic idiot shenanigans together

⬢ About: An upbeat and cheerful young woman who is also the last member of a dead race. She's primarily a magic user with a special connection with her Planet. She's a little weird, but friendly and with a heart of gold.
⬢ Desired CR: Everything!! It might be a little hard to get negative CR with her, given how friendly she is to Everyone, so if you're the kind of person who has mostly negative and needs a friend, she's your gal. Basically, anyone she can bully (kindly) and braid flowers into their hair.
⬢ Library Plans: She'll definitely want to learn more about where everyone is from, the kinds of worlds that they have and so on. Other than that, to spend loads of time in the garden and find a way to bring even more flowers into their reality.

⬢ About: vidar is a gundam pilot, and comes with all the conceits a gundam pilot has in his position: recklessness, lack of will to live unless it's related to a particular goal, a goddamned mask to hide his face. he'll be going around with the mask in crowds but taking it off here and there. there's nothing special about the mask, it disguises his voice and makes it sound robotic; but, since the main reason for him wearing it isn't here, it'll mostly be kept around for sentimental and/or self-defence purposes.

he'll be very tight-lipped about where he works for and in what capacity, but vidar in general is nice, polite, if a bit evasive with a lot of things such as his personal background. he's technically 'dead' in his canon and his name isn't real, he doesn't care if people think it sounds fake. he does have regal bearings, and acts too much above the station of a regular pilot - he knows too much about war and politics despite not having the rank to back it up. more than anything else, vidar is wrapped up in himself and a lot of his issues. he can be empathetic, but give him time; he's a bit stubborn. he's kind of burnt out with a lot of things, and that makes him a bit more on the cynical side and hesitant to trust people in general.
⬢ Desired CR: vidar likes the following:

- space (ask him about mobile suits and gundams and The Future tbh)
- tea
- unfortunately, as much as he denies it, vidar is a romantic. his gundam is seen as a legendary 'knightly' figure even if the bauduins have mostly been reduced to a seven stars status/the history of sir bauduin has been largely forgotten in his canon. but vidar is the knight figure, so things like romance and chivalry will hold his interest. gundam kimaris is a 'horse' and its pilot wields a lance, ffs.
- good food
- Being Strong
- anything that's not in his world. vidar's a bit of a classist (aristocratic background, baybee), but he's interested in people, and once he starts entertaining ideas in his head outside of the things he's concerned with, he's open to changing his politics about things.
- teach him your pop culture. he's like ..... in the future, he doesn't know things about rihanna and shit

in general, vidar is a nice guy, and neg cr mostly comes from him disagreeing with people interested in power or consolidation of power.
